1. Overview
These terms govern your use of nakama.cards and purchases from NAKAMA TCG Ι.Κ.Ε.. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We sell sealed Pokémon and One Piece trading card game products sourced from official European distributors (Asmodee, Bandai Europe). All products are factory-sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices include Greek VAT (24%).
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept supported cards and wallet options through hosted checkout. You are charged at the time of checkout. We do not store your card details.
4. Shipping
We ship within Greece via ACS courier home delivery. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day. Pre-order dispatch timing follows the release information shown on the product page and order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email. Unless we agree a different date with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
5. Returns & refunds
Under EU consumer protection law you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. Handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect a product may reduce the refundable value, including where collectible packaging or packs are opened. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Legal guarantee
Your statutory rights are separate from the withdrawal right. If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, EU and Greek consumer law provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Contact info@nakama.cards with the order number and evidence of the issue so we can arrange the legally available remedy, such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@nakama.cards.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
9. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
Send complaints to info@nakama.cards with the relevant order number and details. We will acknowledge the complaint and try to resolve it directly. You may also contact the independent Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman. Any alternative dispute-resolution process follows the competent authority’s rules and applicable law.
